...Court punts their last hopes? After, 5 December, no more desperate cases to cling to. What will they do then.

They'll come up with something even more outlandish. People like those never stop. Their entire sense of self depends on their belief that they hold uncommon knowledge, and everyone around them refuses to see the truth. It's a sad sort of sickness, really.

People don't seem to realize the Court accepts VERY FEW cases and they are usually reluctant to get involved in political cases. If anything, the Court might order the lower court to hear the case... I doubt the Court would decide the issue at the heart of it.

They should put their energy into something productive for society, like helping the homeless, instead of trying to rip down society.

I imagine they will concede and stand in line with the rest of you sheep and wait for the King to rule.
