I have been rowing for about six months. I am a sophomore. I weigh 150 pounds. i am 5'10"... still growing. I have tested my 5k twice first time at a 2:00 500m split the second at a 1:56. I have only tested 2k once it was a 7:09.9. I think both score can already go up just with experience. What could i potentially pull as a senior? what would you suggest for workouts? How will this come into play when looking at colleges?
