    I guess it's that people conspire to do bad things. The very word conspiracy invokes a negative conatation of people scheming for their own selfish interests.

    Happiness is something that maybe comes more naturally--you can't plan for it or create some sort of scheme to capture it.

    Just my initial thoughts...
