Like the far left believe 9/11 was an inside job, or the far right believe in something like the North American Union. What ideologies are being believed to be at work and who sees things differently? Is there any difference?
What differentiates the both?

Few people believe in these things. Many pretend to in hopes that the very, very slow will be frightened into their point of view, support their candidates, ect.
It's like in the terror scare. Nobody with an IQ over 80 could believe that the average person's odds of being harmed by a terrorist were more than one in thousands. But they continue to talk like the Dairy Queen or the men's room of the library might be a likely terrorist target any second.
They're like left and right hands -- basically the same only pointing in different directions.
" A bird has a right wing and a left wing, but they are just for flapping. The bird brain is in the middle."
