I'm 16 years old and I run the 110 hurdles. My PR as of right now is about a 16.5 (I forget the exact electric time). I don't play any other sports, I run track year round with a very good coach. I practice about 5 days a week, pretty much only for the 110 (I occasionally practice for 300h and 400).

If I practice 4-5 days a week for this race, without taking a break from training for more than about two weeks at a time, what time could I feasibly run by the end of May, 2012 (the end of my senior year)? What about next year?
I'm very very slow in sprint speed (high 12's in 100m dash) so speed workouts will be a huge factor

Time predictions for what I could run in 6 months, 12 months, and 18 months are what I'm looking for
