After the Democratic National Convention in 2004, the powers that be in Washington saw a bright young star named Barack Obama and they picked him to be their presidential candidate for the 2008 election.

Many in the power circle knew an African American probably didn't stand a chance in a general election so they thought the worse the economy performs the better chances for their candidate.

The wheels were put into motion in 2005. Mortgages were given to people that couldn't afford them, with the knowledge they would default on them before the '08 election. Banks began to fail. The Republicans looked worse with every problem.

We are in a war. Not a war in Iraq or Afghanistan or Iraq. We are in a 21st century Civil War. We must vote for Obama and for human rights or we will be on the bread lines come December and your retirement savings will be toast. You may laugh, but you will see. A vote for McCain is going to be a vote for universal poverty.

The 21st century battle of Getttysburg awaits.
