    can you work as a cna in the state of WI if you have pending charges that are...

    ...armed robbery, conspiracy to com? just wondering if you have to be convicted or does it really matter if you have pending charges for an armed robbery, conspiracy to commit to work in a nursing home as a certified nursing assistant. Can they deny you employment?
