Why do people buy into conspiracy theories?

Just take the 9/11 conspiracy theories. A bunch of them ignore the laws of physics. For example it would have taken truckload and trailors full of explosives and MONTHS to rig both buildings. SOme groups like "patriots question 9/11" are complete bullshit. ALot of those members DO NOT question the offiical story. They are listed because of things they said. Some of those members eved died on 9/11 AE911 truth.org is more of acult. I sent them evidences refutes their claims, and they ignored what i sent them, and tried to get me to watch their bullshit.

Because unlike your uneducated self many people understand the English language. The official 9 11 account is a conspiracy theory go and get a dictionary and look up what conspiracy actually means. I could give you a thousand conspiracy's that are now historical fact this notion of yours that people do not do wrong is very childish.

The true conspiracy theorist does not "buy" into anything. They have an open mind and have researched the subject thoroughly then made their own mind up.
Just because something is way beyond imagining does not mean it cannot or will not happen.

Why should people fall in line and accept everything they are spoon-fed by their respective Governments?

Everything should be questioned, from 9/11 to the Holocaust. We shouldn't accept what people tell us as being the truth, especially if it is a Government that is trying to push an agenda. We should find it out ourselves. Knowledge is a powerful and wonderful thing to have, and they can get that by questioning everything. In a way it's builing up on what you know and learning what you don't.
