You ask for his forgiveness. If he accepts, bravo for you. If he doesn't he may come back if you leave him alone. No one wants someone who's desperate. Start looking great, eating great, do things you like to do, get your confidence back. Confidence is EXTREMELY attractive. 9 time out of 10 he'll be back. If he doesn't, you've regained your confidence and can now attract someone who's equally confident.
