What's the worst name you have ACTUALLY heard--not an urban legend or celebrity?

Everyone always answers these questions with urban legend names like Lemonjello and Orangello or Female, Placenta, Shithead (pronounced sha-theed) or Ashole (pronounced Ash-ole-ee) (these names did not happen people!)

If you didn't see the child with your own eyes, don't use that as an answer.

What I mean is, what is the worst name you have ever/or just recently heard on a child. Let us know how old the child is too.

The worst I have heard lately is "Jazaray". I have no idea how they spell it. She is about 2 years old and she's my neighbor. I'm sure some of the made-up-name-loving trendoids would swoon over this name but to me it's a mashing of trending sounds and has no substance whatsoever. She's an adorable little Hispanic girl but that name...man,

I went to school with an Andrew Andrews. And at work I've met two girls recently. One was named Phaquana and the other was Urenas.

EDIT: I had a teacher in school named Mary Jane Stone, lol!
