Why would you lie? To be dishonest regarding such things is so wrong!!!. You plan to lie to someone in order to have sex with them?? Or even worse so they will CARE ABOUT YOU!??!? What if I lied and said I was clean and had HIV but you trusted me and we had sex. How would you feel after? Seriously!? You were 13, it was a long a$$ time ago...
