Sleep, get lots of vitamins & liquids, and then say a prayer :]

alright man listen take a big spoon of honey with lemon have some soup dont eat no dairy products like cheese milk or anythin that has it, take a shower if u can sleep for a few hours ull fell better and good luck and ur fukin competition BITCH
tell you self that u are not sick and then start moving your body around like u are not sick and then u can trick your body and soon u be better and drink fluids

Rest a lot and drink some water and tea Don't drink milk! If your sick it will only make it worse
