    Not feeling very good... (a.k.a. feeling bad)?

    I've not been feeling good lately and it's like I have a fever or something of the sort. I'm a swimmer and I have a swimming competition in 2 days. Is there anything I can do to help me feel better?

    alright man listen take a big spoon of honey with lemon have some soup dont eat no dairy products like cheese milk or anythin that has it, take a shower if u can sleep for a few hours ull fell better and good luck and ur fukin competition BITCH

    tell you self that u are not sick and then start moving your body around like u are not sick and then u can trick your body and soon u be better and drink fluids
