Has anyone else read the Amir Taheri interview with J. Jackson on Obama's

future middle east policy? Very enlightening. Thinking that he was talking to an Arabist (Taheri is actually very pro-west and pro-Israel) Jackson spelled out Obama's future middle east policy. Quoting Jackson "Zionists have controlled American policy for decades and remain strong, but they will lose a great deal of this clout when Obama enters the White House." Not exactly the message the Obama campaign is pushing to the general electorate or to the Jewish swing voters in Florida and elsewhere. According to Jackson (already famous for his Hymie-town slur), Obama will "re-tilt the balance toward the Arabs..... Very interesting stuff. Hope this plays well with the Jewish liberal crowd in Florida already voting for Obama in droves.
