It is an open movement, not a conspiracy. I believe that the educational system of socialist and communist countries so is far ahead of the west. We should be so ashamed that we are not giving at least twice what we give to schools. Especially the inner city schools. The future Obama's are waiting for our help. The Stimulus Plan is less than half of what it needs to be.
