Thread: nostrodamus fortold New York city being devistated?

generaly, most people who have attempted to decipher his meaning have thought he meant with a nuclear weapon. I saw the special last night about the after effects from 911, and all the nasty fallout from the buildings and the giant clouds of smoke and dust. Could this be what he forsaw. People are still getting sick, and have been, from this?

i have some doubts when it comes to nostradomus. his predictions are made so you will not understand them untill it happens. they're not specific enough to be true predictions. this is why many think he is a fraud.

he said something about "fire in the new city"

very vague, could be applied to just about any urban disaster. the main point to consider, however, is that if he "predicted" it...why was no one coming forth on 9/10, saying something bad would happen the next day. that's the point of a prediction. if you can't call it a prediction until after the event happens..that kinda defeats the purpose of predicting.
