Is the mortgage meltdown a leftist conspiracy designed to bring down the infidels?

Some have postulated that good people banded together to bring about this economic crisis, to end oppression by White neo-con establishment.

    Correct?

I have not heard of any conspiracies on this matter. Based on my research, both parties are at fault for this. Carter with the Community Reinvestment Act, Clinton with his revisions to it, and Bush with his own legislation giving grants to people for their down payments and other stuff like that.

    Oh, and Che sucks.
