Thread: I've been having really weird dreams lately. Any advice?

ive been having really weird dreams lately, some are scary and some are happy. they're all different, but VERY weird. also, my cousin was saying i was talking in my sleep. she said i kept saying "the voices" and then i said "cindy". cindy is my cousin that died 5 months ago. also, i said "the voices" the night before but i dont think i said a name. does anyone have any advice? thanks.

were you and your cousin close? i mean if you were then physically you could be over her death, but subconsciously you really aren't. For the voices part, perhaps you've overheard someone talking about her, and you really wanted to tell her, but never did. That's my take on it.
