Lately, Ive had trouble distinguishing between the real world and my dreams when i'm sleeping. It first started out as for example: if I dream about moving an object lets just say headphones from point A to point B, when I wake up, I'd be confused as to where to find my headphones. I'm thinking if me moving my headphones to point B was a dream or reality. It's getting worse, Now complete conversations I have with people, i start wondering if i was dreaming when i had that conversation or not. Its totally bizarre! same thing with the things i eat, clothes i wear, etc. Ive always had great memory so i'm totally confused. What is happening to me? What might be causing this?
