    If you plan to use bright futures for 100 percent for your community college...?

    If you use your bright futures scholarship for community college and transfer to a university in two years, will bright futures also cover the university funds?

    I know they pay for 100 percent of community but once you transfer, does 75% go towards your university tuition?
