employers will know I did that? I had a job interview that I ended up not being able to go to but did not call to cancel. I just didn't show up. Ever since, I have applied for NUMEROUS jobs and NOONE is calling me!!!! I'm scared they know I stood up that last employer!!!! HELP!

Companies are not so vicious. But you could call them and telling you had an accident and was in hospital, and ask for another appointment.
