i want my past to stay away even though i have kids with people in my past how can i stop my past from destroying my future with my fiance

Since you have children there isn't ever going to be a total whip of your past. You have to deal with the issues of your children the rest of there days. You can change how you handle things. That part you can always change. It is a choice. You can choose to look at things in a completely different perspective and not allow your emotions to go haywire on past issues even with dealings of your kids and the other parents. Example: You and your ex left on bad terms. OK Fine! But one thing good came out of it. The children. The bad terms wasn't there when the kids were born. So now you just need to think only about the kids and what helps and what doesn't not how your ex hurt you understand?

be honest to your fiance and tell him about your past then it will be out in the open and then your past won't haunt you, you will be in control of it. secrets are no good they always come out in the end so its best to be honest about it now than leaving it until its to late.
