Thread: I NEED some SERIOUS ADVICE about my FUTURE?

I used to want to be a doctor, such as a dentist but changed my mind. Now I want to be a lawyer.I am 18 years old now and am absolutly fascinated with politics and law. SHOULD I become a police officer( ditch college for a year) or should I study law. My dads gonna kick my ass cause all of my life he has been telling me Oh DR. than my last name. PLEASE any advice would help( TIME is of the essence)

you should take up law that is what you really interested in, not police or doctor or dentist. after all, it is your life, not your dad's life. You can be a lawyer then politician later on and maybe another Obama, who knows?

well if ur into good "money" then lawyer would be a good choice but for me law stuff is really boring.Police officer is a "action" job but its full of risk and i dont think there's money into it.

if i were you i would be a lawyer instead of police officer
