Thread: i got charged with arm robbery and felony conspiracy?

i have a clean files and have never really did anything but the is my first time with robbery with a dangerous weapon and i got felony conspiracy what do u think might happen?

a felony is a mandatory one year in prison or more. check your state statue's to check how many years you might get in prison. doesn't matter if you have a clean file you took one huge step over the law. but one thing you can look forward too is the plea bargain. at this stage the prosecuter will urge you to plea guilty. if you plea guilty the sentence, charge, or count MAY be lessen. your felony could go down to a mesdemeanor if the prosecution wants it that way. that is if you plea guilty. my advice would be to plea guilty, especially if the evidence against you is factual and plain as day light.
