    Hypothesis and prediction for PCR?

What is a hypothesis and prediction for a typical PCR reaction, using DNA from cheek cells (I assume the different primers used is apart of the answer).

PCR amplifies (rapidly replicates) DNA quickly from a small sample. It requires an enzyme and a primer. So Cheek cells will rapidly repicate giving you more samples to work with. If you wanted to perform tests this is the best way to get enough samples to test .
