Thread: How do you think the future of IT support will develop?

I am interested in what people think will happen to IT support and whether PC/hardware support will fade out and be replaced by something else?

majority of the jobs are already being shipped to india and other third world countries, I had to find a new job after 3 years of being employed at a company after a merger and replacement of jobs. Although this isn't the case for everyone I still have friends that are project managers and love their stable jobs.
