i am 37 weeks and 2 days pregnant and the ultrasound tech didnt really give me much detail she said the baby was ''was close to 7 pounds''..is this number accurate or no? she didnt really pay that much attention..

how accurate are the predictions of the dr. when they tell you how big the baby is??
