Thread: Help with sleep/dream issues?

Hi...i dunno if anyone can really help me with this, but i figured...ive got nothing to lose. Im a 20 year old guy, and i have serious issues with sleep. At night, i almost always have nightmares, or if i dont, i still wake up at night with a feeling of fear, dread, or sadness. These events usually wake me up at least 2-3 times a night, and often times more.

the nightmares span a broad range of events, from deaths and killings, to falling and drowning. Often times though, i wont have an actual nighmare. Like, theres no visual dream. Just the raw feeling of powerlessness, hopelessness, fear, etc.

Can any one help me in any way? Any feed back would really be appreciated.

No not usually. during the day im almost a normal guy. the only negative feeling i usually get in the day time is loneliness.

do you feel any of those things during the day? like at your job etc.
