My grandfather, who is around 78, suffered a stroke last night. He seemed fine the day before, however the following night he couldn't move his left arm and left leg. He also didn't speak as usual.

When doctors analysed him, they had said that this was a stroke, and that they would X-Ray his brain. He's wasn't allowed to eat or drink at the hospital. The results haven't arrived yet, however these are the most accurate details I can say. He isn't a very active man, he likes to stay at home, and I was suggested that tea was helpful for preventing fatty deposits to the heart.

Does anyone have any tips on helping him prevent another stroke, after he recovers? Please help!
