Thread: dreams of breathing underwater?

ever since i was little ive had dreams that i could breathe underwater if i breathe through my nose. the dreams feel so real that i tried to prove it to my sister and ending up choking. i fell for it again today at the pool thinking that it might actually work. this dream reoccurs a lot for as long as i can remember. what does it mean?

It means that even though you might seem overwhelmed and 'drowning' in a situation you have the strength to overcome. I've had the same dream and in some cases people were shooting at me in the dream. The only way I could escape was breathing under water.

Weird dream, I must admit.
