Thread: Do you think that resumes will be outsource in the future?

Do you think that employers will use social network website like facebook as a source of resume & cover letter; and even as a source of an interview? And all they have to do is just call or email their prospective employee to start working.

I'd say that'll be useful. There's this program going on that encourages people to use the computer as opposed to using paper, I don't know what it's called but it'll be a HUGE help to decline logging for trees and paper. Yes, you can say that I'm borderline GREEN.

I think it will definitely have have effect on the process, but I don't think sites like facebook or linkedin will take away the human aspect out of the hiring process.

Like if you have a mideameanor or bad credit.

I dont know what corporate america is gonna do in 10 years when we decide to go fully industrial to save the economy.

Everybody's trying to sell you something but no one wants to give you a decent months pay let alone a job in some areas.
