His name literally means the "Son of Cain".

Cain slew Able, Cain is considered the first murderer.

It was prophesized that a son of Cain would rise to rule the land and usher in the apocalypse, the final battle of Satan (McCain) vs. God (Jesus).

Pretty scary stuff.

I find it so conformist and fascinating that people like yourself are so thoroughly allured into such slander.
First of all, that you somehow manage to combine politics and the Bible and make a 'prophecy' out of political campaigner's name.
