hello. a noble 'wish', to have a nation for your own. I doubt it, and refer us to WW1, and the collapse of the League of Nations. many many tribes are more capable when they're collecting 'together' with other tribes, than when they wish to stay 'alone.' It is a hurtful question to deal with. good luck always.

Of course every nationality deserves to have their own country, but for gypsies, this poses two unique challenges:

Where (your data suggests India, but don't know if that's a good place to emigrate to), and do gypsies WANT one? (You'd have to answer the first question definitely, before you could ask the second one.)
