With Palestine trying to take land away from GOD's chosen people predict a bible prophecy?
Will there be a negotiation or agreement maybe a peace treaty with the rebult of a third temple??

WE don't have a 10-toed kingdom yet. Without a 10 toed kingdom, no man of sin yet. The church needs to be raptured so that the man who is to be Antichrist can be possessed. We also don't have a fully reconstituted Israel yet. Only the stick of Judah in there. No stick of Joseph / Ephraim yet.

So, I don't think it can be this year, unless things happen awful quickly. Besides, Israel still needs to go through a time of peace and safety. Nations from all over (as in Zechariah 14), wont happen until after most of the Great Tribulation takes place.

I don't think Israel is against Formation of Palestine . But they are against 2 Palestine Lands at two edge of their country and lack of disciple in diplomacy by Palestine Political Leaders .
