    what is better to tone leg muscles- bike riding or running?

    or is there still a better way?

    would like to tone up my thighs and even my bottom would be nice. but just even generally what is better?

    i reckon that bikng is way better as it is easy on your joints and it trains everthing below your hips and helps burn belly fat.ohhh dont worry about getting massive mussles biking will tone your mucsles and if you train really hard make them a little big and hard
