I absolutely love the cbr look, especially the f3 and the rr, but i am a beginner rider, and probably am not gonig to start off at a 600 cc bike, what 500cc bike looks similar to the cbr?

The CBF series from Honda is a more friendly and usable alternative to the CBR series.

I would urge you to look at the CBF 500. It is a parallel twin which gives excellent performance and value for money.
