Omegastores Electric Cozy bike?

Hi, I just bought this electric bike 2 weeks ago and it stopped working. I tested the battery and it gets juice however from the battery to the motor somewhere there is a short or something. Can anyone help. The stores customer service, well what customer service. You have to email them and wait until they email you back. If anyone can help please let me know.
