Alright, so I've been working on a Harley Quinn costume for Halloween. I have everything I need except for the headpiece. Well, actually I have a headpiece that I got from ordering the HQ costume from the internet, but it sucks soooo much ass.

I ordered a red bodysuit from ebay and it came with a headpiece, but it was plain and without the two "horns" as seen on Harley. So I need instructs to make them.

Does anyone know of a website that might know how to make it?
Or If you know how to make it could you reply with instructings?

my costume came with a shitty headband too but my friend had one from a previous year and she said she got it from our local costume shop. so id try that.
