there would be no reason why you couldn't other than the slots on the lever not lining up on the clutch bracket. usually the case is ( no ) they always make clutch levers and brake levers slightly different. other things could be taken into consideration such as the clutch lines could be to thin to slide onto the bracket, and the pellet on the end to lock the cable into place could be to big to slide on or fit in.
Well, take a look and see if the pivot will fit the lever you want to put on the bike. Most of the time the cables are the same size-sure some vary. If it were me this is a case where I would go to a local salvage yard and get one there.
