Bike From Police Station?
I lost my bike and register a police complaint and got FIR. After 2 months they were unable to find the bike. They ask me to claim Insurance. When i demand for bike, they offered me a recovered bike (bike in some case) and they said that they will offer a written statement and ask me to use that same.

Is there any problems in that ?
