    Why are there Conservatives AND Libertarians?

    When It only makes sense if everybody is a little bit of both... I just don't understand how one can be one or the other? Does that mean one changes things so it will remain the same, and the other changes things to be different?
    If so there still is change... and the old way is not the same but redressed to provide the same effect more efficiently.
    This is similar to republican and Democrat... they always fight and argue as if one wants to completely eliminate the other. Yet there is both for a reason... balance.

    are we trying to tip the scale and unbalance everything? why can't we realize as a whole we are both?

    because everyone has different feelings that range from moderate to extremist
