Thread: very EURGENT PLEASE HELP,LAWSUIT?

hi, one of my friends is not an american citizen but she has a baby that was born in the U.S. and her visa is about to expire.But she wants her baby to live in the U.S. .But she want to stay here with the baby and not put it in an orphanage.And her baby has the right to stay in the U.S. so would she also have the right to stay here because of her baby???or will she get deported.please answer as fast as possible and if you are sure about what you are saying please give a reffrence.
