Regaining personal identification. HOW?
Hello, I have lost all my personal identification except my birth certificate. It seems that in order to get one form of ID back I need others to prove who I am. S.S. card... I need drivers license and other photo ID. Drivers license... I need S.S. card and other photo. Etc, etc,etc. I seem to be stuck in a very bad circle here. Has anyone else had this happen and how did you resolve it? Or have you ceased to exist like I have. I should add, I live in Nj in the trenton area.
