The Police officer have written a statement about the evidence that proves that I am a criminal. But that evidence I have, I can prove that the statement is wrong. It was a blatant lie.
Does Having one wrong statement in police report justifies that the whole police report should be neglected by the court. Is it a perjury on part of the police officer.

Of course. A police report is evidence; therefore, lying in a police report is tampering with evidence.
