My father in law was accused of rape of a minor and molestation of another, it has been proven by doctors and shrinks she did not molest the 9 year old but the alleged raped 12 year old whom was said to be pregnant cannot be found, how long does it have to be before he is releases if she cannot be found. She has already retracted her statement of being raped and multiple test came back positive. I know my father in law and he is nothing but a caring person who would never do such a thing.
