Most residents are using brand new European cars like Mercedes Benz and BMW. But, wait till they pay in the grocery or supermarket and you'll notice most of them are paying with food stamps. Isn't this odd? It is really annoying to see such activities. They are cheating the system.

I hate when I see that kind of abuse too. You can call the welfare department and report your observations. If they get enough complaints they will do something about it.
