Glock 21 or Kimber for police on duty carry?

Hey guys looking for a lil help here. Current police Officer carrying a Glock 21. A lot of people I work with are telling me to go to the kimber. I understand they are two totally different guns. Whats your thoughts on the guns? pros cons of each? your experience with them? Dependability of them??? Any useful info will help. Thanks.
