I was in the Navy, and worked as a corrections officer for a while.
Some of the women I worked with were better than many of the men.

I believe that they are good at both. I have seen them on the job performing duties just as well and many times better than some of their physically unfit male counterparts.

certain women and certain jobs, you bet! exercising authority, yup! organizing and leading, yup! brute force...that's where SOME fall short...but brawn isn't everything...especially these days!
