Thread: Are you suppose to tip dog groomers?

Like at Petco? Or a Private Groomer? And how much if so.

As with any service industry, they should be tipped IF they provide exceptional service! If at Petco, make sure to give it to the perosn who did upir dog. Private person, no problem there. 3-4 dollars is more than enough. Again, only IF they did a great job and treated your dog 100% properly!

Generally tips are accepted and Welcome! Dog groomers don't make a whole lot of money as it is (I used to be one). Generally tips range from $3-$10 depending on the amount of work required and difficulty of the dog and how happy the dog is and how clean he/she is.
