I want to get a fish tank and live in an apartment. The one available corner happens to be in the dining room where I have an upright piano, which I play occasionally.

If I were to put a fish tank in the corner of the dining room about 3 feet from the piano, will I freak my fish out if I were to play the piano? I know that fish can hear via vibrations, so I'm wondering if anyone has any expertise with this?

The only example of loud vibrations near fish tanks I can think of, is those large fish tanks in car dealerships that are placed in the waiting area. I thought, well, if fish can survive all the noise of a car dealership, then maybe they could handle it when I occasionally play my upright piano.

What do you think?
