Thread: Why the hell does my dog do this?

Whenever I come home from work, or give him a treat, ball up a piece of paper, or anything else that i do, my dog intends on sitting down and dragging his ass all over the carpet with his front paws. Now not only does my carpet smell like shit, it is brownish in certain areas. It was white when I bought it. My girlfriend and my father want to euthanize, is my dog retarted or do I just need to get him some preparation h?

Poor dog. It's probably medical, which means he either needs his anal glands expressed or he has worms. Don't euthanize him for a simple medical problem like that - talk to your vet about treatment.
